Space Age Rise-and-Fall Pendant Lamp, Attributed to Massive
A large 1970s pendant lamp with a glossy dark brown shade, chrome details and an opal-glass diffuser. The rise-and-fall suspension is designed to allow the hanging height to be adjusted.
Attributed to Massive, Belgium. The suspension component is marked “Brevettato – Made in Italy – Patented”; this does not independently establish the manufacturer of the complete lamp. Electrical safety and the operation of the adjustment mechanism have not been verified.
